A summary
Take in the beauty of the woodland and learn the names of native and non-native species. We will walk around the woods, stopping at various points and ask you to look carefully at shapes, colours and other clues to help you identify the tree, plant or flower. We will also talk about the kinds of animals that might live in the woodland area and how they survive throughout the year. We will have a go at hapa zome -the Japanese art of plant printing We will finish with a tree/plant identification quiz using collected leaves/plant.
