What we'll do

An afternoon of meditation, releasing, journaling, creativity, tea and treats to help us start the new year with intention and clarity. We start and end the afternoon together with guided meditations. The main part of the workshop allows for each participant to create their own programme with prompts for journaling, art supplies, tea and treats all laid out to inspire and support you on finding your word for this year. By the end of the afternoon you will feel more clarity about what you want to let go of and what you want to embrace in the coming year and have a word to gently guide you throughout the coming year.

Vicki CM·Creative Mamma and Outdoor Adventurer
I have had a word of the year for 16 years now and have been running workshops to guide others through the process for the last 6 years. I stumbled upon a word accidentally. I used to use resolutions to try to fix what I felt was broken in myself and in my life and January and February hurt!! One year I set myself 3 resolutions to meet new people, see new places and try new things. 'New' unintentionally became my mantra for that year and things changed more dramatically than in previous years. After that I chose a word for the year with more intention and focus and have found my words to be incredible guides each year. I started running workshops as more and more people were questioning the concept and I have held the space for many people to find their own words over the last few years. The workshop is a space for each participant to journal, create and think in peace to find their own inner guidance.
