What we'll do
Love Her Wild is a not-for-profit women’s adventure community. We bring small teams of women together for adventures in wild spaces - always with an emphasis on being a supportive team over reaching any goal. You’ll also find lots of inspiration and support on the Facebook group. The Yorkshire three peaks is a strenuous hike and a good base fitness is required. Training for an event like this is good fun, making sure you get plenty of hills in your legs before hand makes it all the more enjoyable. Try to aim at doing at least two12 mile hikes in training if it’s something you’ve not done before. Then at least two walks of around 16 miles. If you are already pretty fit and do plenty of walking then you may not need to do as much. Squats and lunges are a great way of strengthening the leg muscles too!
