What we'll do
This class is for all who would like to practice yoga with its core elements of movement, breathing exercises and relaxation practices. We usually start off with a gentle warm up of the muscles and joints that we're going to use in the session ahead. Conscious breathing will be encouraged throughout every class and some dynamic movement allow to explore a flow like practice in the students own rhythm. We pay attention to our bodies throughout the practice, always looking for the benefit and 'feel good' factor in each pose. We are thriving to enjoy the journey of the breath through our bodies whilst moving with lightness and ease. Towards the end we put our minds and bodies to rest for a relaxation practice, often a body-scan and/or a visualisation. All levels are welcome.
