A summary
Join us at Hollington Youth Hub for our Inclusive Multi Sport Session! Ensuring all children with disabilities or special educational needs, have access to sport in a relaxed and inclusive environment. This session is to get you active and having fun. This session offers a variety of sports from basketball, football, tennis, curling and much more. Come along and let us know what your favourite sport is! Suggest it to our coaches and they will be happy to adapt it for these sessions. This fully inclusive session for children will take you through a variety of sports. Ages 8-16. Under 10s to be accompanied by an adult. Booking via EEQU for the first time? Active Hastings
Sport and play sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is a partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 30 minutes a day for adults and 60 a day for children to get fitter, healthier and happier. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches and play workers, who are passionate about working with young people in Hastings. We run free weekly sessions after school throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the HAF programme.

I love creating opportunities for young people to be physically active from dancing, rugby, football, basketball to yoga and much more. I enjoy being active as well and I am a regular at street dance and multi sports sessions. I often help out with events as well. So you may see me at an Active Hastings event so come and say hi.
