What we'll do
I'm looking forward to collecting you from Michael Hall at 12:15 or 3:15 and walking you down to my little cottage on Priory Road. I'm hoping you'll tell me all about your day and how much energy you have for our time together. The first thing we'll do is make a healthy and refreshing snack with different herbal teas that we will choose and mix ourselves. (Our kitchen looks just like Mrs Weasley's kitchen in the Burrow - Harry Potter!) We'll catch the light if we can and wander out into the garden or woods all around to do some foraging and identifying bugs and looking out for lambs, calves and otters when the seasons permit. Every session will include a seasonal craft, baking or gardening activity after we come back from our walk. such as making mini books and zines, birdfeeders, gingerbread shapes and working with natural objects. The session will end with storytelling. I'm an expert in fae - where to find them and how to approach them. How to befriend dragons as well as classics such as Peter Pan, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland and the Chronicles of Narnia.

Dragons exist & I can tell you all about them
I am a former Michael Hall Waldorf student and am currently studying illustration through Falmouth School of Art. I have taught art to students in schools throughout Sussex and Surrey while doing my diploma at The University for The Creative Arts, Farnham. I have a particular love of children's stories and mythical creatures, my ultimate life goal is to meet and befriend Nessie :) I love animals and have a tree frog and chinchillas who the children will get to meet and learn how to handle and care for. I also look after a friendly poodle on a regular basis, who may come on our walks. As a Waldorf student, I am mindful of age-appropriate activities and communication and I'm careful to weave the festivals and principles into my after school routine.
