A summary
This camp will offer three days of fitness, teamwork, basketball skills and drills, mini tournaments, exercises for performance, games, confidence building skills, healthy food to fuel workshops and wellbeing practices. This provision includes a daily lunch and healthy snacks for all. It will have a high focus on teamwork and inclusion. Participants will have access to a large sports hall and high-quality equipment. Our youth work professionals and an external basketball coach will lead.
