What we'll do
Our youth marketing agency is proud to collaborate with Waltham Forest Council on an exciting initiative designed to amplify the impact of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. Over the course of three days, we will engage a diverse cohort of 20-25 young people to create a professional 3-minute promotional video that showcases the HAF programme's positive influence in the borough. This project will provide participants with an immersive experience in the creative production process. Young people will be actively involved in all stages of the video’s development, from conceptualising ideas to filming and editing. Through this hands-on approach, participants will not only gain practical media and production skills but also enhance their creativity and teamwork abilities. Recognising that not all young people are interested in filming or media production, we will offer tailored one-to-one mentoring and skill-building sessions. These personalised workshops will focus on developing individual talents, fostering confidence, and providing tools for personal and professional growth. This ensures that every participant, regardless of their interests, receives valuable and meaningful engagement throughout the programme. To further enrich the experience, we have incorporated an additional qualification day into the programme. This dedicated session will provide all participants with the opportunity to earn a recognised qualification, enhancing their employability and personal development. The qualification day underscores our commitment to leaving a lasting impact by equipping young people with credentials that can support their future aspirations. Through this project, participants will be empowered to step out of their comfort zones, build new skills, and contribute to a tangible output—a promotional video that will celebrate and highlight the transformative effects of the HAF programme. They will also develop a stronger sense of purpose, confidence, and teamwork, creating a foundation for future success. By blending creativity, mentoring, and skill-building with an emphasis on inclusivity and personal growth, this initiative goes beyond just creating a promotional video. It is a platform for young people to express themselves, gain practical experience, and take pride in their contributions to a project that benefits their community. Together with Waltham Forest Council, we aim to inspire, support, and empower the next generation.
