Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else. Please cancel 24 hours in advance.
If children are booked on and have not been cancelled we refuse to book them on after three no shows.
We reserve the right to refuse having a child attend our sessions if we feel that the could be a danger to themselves or others.
We also refuse to have children back that we feel might not be able to adjust to the sessions. We will decide this on a 1:1 basis and parents are informed at the end of the day.
My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
