A summary
HAF BOOKING PAGE. If your child DOES NOT receive benefits-related free school meals, then please book via our NON-HAF Booking page titled "WSF 8-14 Summer scheme 2025 (Non-HAF)". The I love BV Summer Scheme is BACK! Join us for another Summer of fun. Each day will include arts, team games, outdoor sports, tabletop games, and a chill-out space for over 11s. We will also have special workshops and activities throughout the scheme, including laser tag, roller skating, animal encounters, self-defence and Zumba! The day includes a free hot meal cooked on site, although you can bring your own packed lunch if you prefer. All food served by us is Halal, and we will have vegetarian options. This scheme is for children and young people aged 8-14-year-olds, (children who have finished year 3 up to children who have finished year 9). It will run from 10:30am - 3pm, Monday to Thursday during the weeks beginning July 28th, August 4th and August 11th. How to book? When you book on this page, your booking will first be sent to Newham council to confirm that the attendee is HAF-eligible. Once they have confirmed that, we will be able to accept your booking. After this, you should receive a booking confirmation via the email you provide. If for some reason your booking is not accepted, but you believe that the attendee should be HAF-eligible, please do contact us. Or if your booking isn't accepted because the attendee is not HAF-eligible, please book via our non-HAF booking page. Please note, if the attendee intends to not attend a session, please do cancel, so that we are aware, otherwise, we'll be expecting them to attend.
