A summary
This course is taking place over four weeks with a 2.5 hour session and is a chance to meet new people, learn a range of practical skills for working outdoors and increase your wellbeing. It's being held in the Forest School at The Firs, Elphinstone Road from 9.30am-12.30pm. This is a FREE course for adults. There won't be a session w/c 12th May. Improve Confidence - Meet like minded people, whilst having fun outdoors. Practical experience - Learn how to use tools, light fires, forage and look after a wild space. Increase wellbeing - Boost your confidence in a safe, outdoor environment. “I have become more comfortable and confident in myself, found passions for things that I never expected to enjoy, and created meaningful relationships.” Course participant
