A summary
Our Wild Hearts 'Teen Space' sessions are designed for young people with SEND. These with are suitable for anxious young people who may be neurodivergent or have a learning disability. These small group session provides a safe, low demand space to take part in creative and wellbeing activities. They provide an opportunity for building social skills and connections, faciliated by our wellbeing practitioners if needed. The young people we serve tend to be on the freeze- fawn pathway when dysregulated (rather than the flight-flight pathway). They can bring their own PA or we can provide.
