A summary

Youth Wellbeing Walks and Hikes give young people the chance to step away from everyday pressures and reconnect with nature through guided outdoor activities. Exploring forests, trails, caves, and green spaces, participants improve their physical and mental well-being, build confidence, develop friendships, and enjoy positive experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Breakfast will be provided on arrival, as well as a packed lunch for our long day ahead. If your child is a selective eater, a brought-from-home packed lunch may be more suitable.
Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear, as our event will still be going forward regardless of the weather. E.g., comfortable trainers, a raincoat, and comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
