The MoveMENt New Beginnings C.I.C
Stronger Bodies, Brighter Futures
The MoveMENt with New Beginnings CIC is a community-focused organization dedicated to improving mental and physical well-being. We provide personalized support through funded one-to-one personal training, counselling packages, and inclusive community programs. Our initiatives—such as Fuelled Sessions, Walk & Talk events, and Health & Hijabs—promote physical activity, mental health, and social connection. We aim to reduce isolation, break down barriers, and empower individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
Additional Information
Unity Fitness sessions are open to anyone aged 13–18 who identifies as LGBTQIA+ or is exploring their identity. You don’t need any gym experience – our friendly coaches will guide you through exercises at your own pace. Each session includes: Fitness Time – Learn new exercises, build strength, and improve your fitness in a supportive, inclusive environment. Social Space – Chill out, chat, and connect with other young people who understand and support you. Safe & Welcoming – We prioritise respect, confidentiality, and creating a space where you can be yourself without judgement. If you’d like to talk to a coach before your first session, we’re happy to arrange that so you feel completely comfortable.
