A SUMMARY
Focusing on the phenomena of the warm and cool polarity of colour, we shall deepen our understanding of the whole poetry of colour through visualizations and brief observation with prisms. To strengthen our understanding of structure in colour, we will playfully explore compositions to establish balanced and richly contrasting paintings. “I am interested in the miracle of being alive, I want to be in the world – I have no agenda. I paint to understand myself in the world…I paint to find myself. Authenticity – it has to be what one is about, I’m trying to get to what I’m about.” – Ian McKeever
