A summary
These are ideal for delegates looking for a traditional camping experience. Are you worried about traveling on public transport with limited space in your kit bag? This year Danbury ios offering access to your own 3 person tent. Delegates should bring their own blankets, insulating mats, pillows, and sleeping bags. The camping area has its own separate shower block and toilets. These tickets include entrance to the conference, activities and workshops, full catering, and refreshments. No need to bring cutlery cups or plates as these are provided. Personal fires are not allowed on site but you are allowed to bring small gas stoves if you want that early morning cuppa before being social.

About Danbury
Danbury is a large outdoor activity centre in Essex. Danbury is a purpose-built site, set in over seventy acres of stunning woodland in the heart of the county near Chelmsford. The FSA conference was held here in 2022 and 2023 and was met with excellent feedback from participants and stallholders. Stallholders form a circle in a well-kept field in the heart of the conference, providing a range of informative and useful services and products for outdoor educators. The stalls are fun to browse in between workshops, lectures and other core activities.
Booking Process
We encourage each person to get the benefit of any discount codes that apply to their booking and to book individually so that each person can later book and manage their chosen workshops and view their schedule. For tent bookings, you should receive an automated confirmation after making your booking. You will be able to coordinate to stay with friends using the numbers and letters for various rooms and pods.

Cancel more than one week before the start to receive a full refund.You can cancel your place via your Eequ account. Go to your Cancel Page in your Menu. If you cancel within seven days of the event, and we cannot resell your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Any cancellations prior to the 7 day window will receive a full refund.
