What we'll do
Our Teen Youth Session at The Rock is a fun, safe, and welcoming space where young people can relax, socialise, and take part in a range of engaging activities. Each session offers a mix of games, sports, creative activities, and free time, giving young people the chance to unwind and enjoy their holidays with friends. The focus is on building confidence, encouraging positive relationships, and supporting wellbeing in a supportive environment where everyone feels included. Our experienced youth workers are always on hand to offer guidance, encouragement, and support, helping young people make the most of their time at The Rock.
