What we'll do
We will spend the session getting to know your horse and learning about general horse care. Experienced instructors will be with you the whole time. Your session will be divided into three main activities : RIDING : Learning to ride in our indoor arena and playing games Woodland walks GROOMING: Preparing your pony for your riding lesson Identifying key features of the horse and different colours Understanding horse behaviour HORSE CARE: Mucking out Feeding How to tack up and know parts of the saddlrey Throughout the activities there will be lots of fun team games and the odd quiz to test your knowledge !!
