What we'll do
Can you imagine a full day with no screens, fresh air & fun? That's what we are offering for children aged 11-15 year olds. We will be at Walton Firs Adventures and activity centre based in 50 acres of beautiful forest in Elmbridge. Each child will be in a group of 12, completing 4 different activities across the day, from climbing, throwing Tomahawks and learning archery. Lunch is provided with enough drinks and snacks, to feed an army of teenagers across the day.

Equipment
All safety equipment will be provided. Children should be dressed appropriately, ideally in long-sleeves with covered legs as climbing will take place and the wearing of harnesses. Clothes should not be new or precious as they may get dirty as part of their fun. We recommend the wearing of trainers or laced pumps, any child in unsuitable footwear may be restricted from some of the activities. Children should be bring other clothing to support the weather e.g. sun hats, rain jackets.

Food Menu
Children must bring their own labelled water bottle. The children should not bring any of their own food to this activity, this includes sweets and chewing gums as this may pose a safety risk when climbing. The children will be provided with a freshly made lunch comprising of filled rolls, pastries including sausage rolls, fruit, snack bars and other snacks. During the course of the day other snacks and fruit will be offered at breaks. It is therefore extremely important we are aware of all dietary needs and allergies as part of this application.

Cancellation Policy
Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.If your child does not attend Day 1 with no explanation, their Day 2 place will be cancelled. Please if your child is unable to attend, let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer to another child or seek refunds of costs allocated for your attendance.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
