Spring Food & Fun - St Giles block mentored by Spring Community Hub

What we'll do

During our Activity Camps delivery, we invite you to join other young people and their families within the Southwark area in physical, creative and fun-engaging activities. Think! sports days, spray painting art days, costume design, jewellery making, dance and drama sessions - we even go on adventures exploring the city of London, theme parks and the beach creating lasting memories! We do it all at our activity camps. Every child is provided with a delicious and nutritious meal on the day.

We want to see equality in our communities and be a vehicle for positive and lasting change in our clients so that they never need a food bank again. We address underlying causes of food insecurity through providing wraparound services, for example, Holiday Clubs, Back2Work and immigration advice.

IMPORTANT INFO

Parents and carers are expected to attend and stay with their children at all times. All activities and trips are funded by Southwark Council, if families are eligible. Once booked in, please check messages via EEQU, emails and WhatsApp for daily updates. Registration starts from 10:00am this allows the catering team to cater for the right number of people - please arrive early!
