A summary
The aim of all SCS activities is to inspire children in sport, creating a fun and engaging environment for all. We strive for the children attending to meet new people and make new friends, improve communication skills whilst being physically active for at least two hours each day. We also aim to provide healthy and nutritious food options at lunch and snack times, taking into account allergy and intolerance information. The days will consist of at least two hours of physical activity; including warm up games and activities at the start of each day, coupled with sports that children enjoy in school, such as dodgeball, football, netball, basketball, hockey, cricket, athletics, rounders and gymnastics. We also provide creative activities daily, including arts and crafts and food/drink making sessions, including smoothie blending, fruit kebabs, biscuits and ice lollies. Lunch breaks are 30-45 minutes, which can include activities such as a talent show. Additional activities we can provide can include: Archery Boxing/Boxercise Inflatable Assault Course Inflatable Dartboard Inflatable Slip and Slide (in warm weather)

Sports Coaching Specialists (SCS) is a large independent children's coaching company covering Essex and Suffolk. We successfully deliver hundreds of hours of PE and sports provision for children every week, before, during and after school. We also host football development centres, our SCS football academy, birthday parties, CPD training days and our famous football and multi-sport holiday camps. Sports Coaching Specialists work closely with schools to inspire children to live a healthy, active and fun lifestyle. The Sports Coaching Specialists team are all National Governing Body qualified and hold industry leading insurance, liability and safeguarding certification, plus all have been DBS checked. We believe in nurturing and developing talent and supporting those wanting to gain additional qualifications and skills in the workplace. Our team work with staff guiding them towards the management side of the company, thus fulfilling career pathways for exceptional staff. Since the formation of the company in 2011 SCS has grown rapidly, building strong relations with a number of schools across the Essex and Suffolk region. SCS prides itself in its ultimate unique selling point which is the level of coaching quality in curriculum sports, as well as specialised sports such as archery and boxercise.
