What to expect: ✔ Top Coaching Team delivered by Performance Architects ✔ Fully compliant RFU protocols ✔ Core Rugby Skills ✔ Skills-based programme ✔ Game-based Learning Lunch is not included so please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water. Player Development Masterclass These masterclasses will allow all players to improve every aspect of their game with a particular focus on 7s, focusing on the detail required to help accelerate the development process, whilst in a fun and safe environment. All players are required to bring trainers & boots, as some sessions will take place in the Strength & Conditioning gym, the Sports Hall and of course the rugby pitches!

Camp developed by:
Performance Architects, headed by Rowland Winter who is the former director of Rugby for Coventry RFC he transformed the club, bringing it into a new era of professionalism, and guiding it to the National League One title in 2018 and a return to the Championship. Prior to Coventry, he held various roles in professional, academy and community rugby. As Director of Rugby of Cambridge RFC, he led the club to win National League 2 in 2016, whilst concurrently heading up the coaching of the Northampton Saints AASE Academy partnership with Moulton College. Rowland has also spent time working with the RFU as a coach educator and directing aspects of the England U20 Divisional and England Counties programme as selector and coach.
