What we'll do

We will spend as much time as possible outdoors as most of us are inside all day. We will play games, do some craft activities and we have external providers coming in to run educational sessions. We have Camp Curiosity on Tuesday 7th and Animal Teach on Friday 10th. If children don't want to take part in these sessions there will be other activities on offer. On the other days we will have crafting sessions where children can draw, paint or create different projects. The outdoor area has swings and a climbing frame to entertain others; also lots of space for football or other games. The morning session have lunch before they leave and the afternoon session has lunch first and then activities. Snacks and drinks are provided throughout the sessions.

Recharge and Restore CIC

Helping you feel recharged & restored

We are a CIC who have been working in Halton since 2017. Our focus and emphasis has always been with the less privileged in our community and we work in a holistic way doing our best to look at all factors involved in an individual or group situation. We have been delivering HAF sessions since 2020 and this is one of the most rewarding projects we deliver each year.

Food on offer

We offer nutritious snacks and lunches, limiting the amount of processed foods on offer. We offer fruit every day and children get the opportunity to choose something they may not have tried before. Peaches and watermelon went down well in the summer! Lunch will include home cooked elements eg pasta sauce cooked from scratch and not from a jar. Fruit, yogurts and vegetables are always offered and taken up by most children

What to bring

Please send your child with a waterproof coat and hat if they wish. For the Camp Curiosity sessions they will be outside so may need waterproof shoes/wellies if it's been raining. You can send water bottles if you wish but we do provide water and squash to drink. Please don't send any mobile phones or devices. If there is an emergency we have your contact details and will call you if we need to. Please don't send toys or games that may get lost or broken. We cannot take responsibility for lost or broken items.
