Pompey Half Term Cook-a-long block mentored by Pompey in the Community
What we'll do
Welcome to the Pompey kitchen, come and learn how to cook a meal from scratch, whilst making new friends. You will be guided step by step in how to cook a meal, looking at healthy but tasty options that won't break the bank. Our chef will support you with each step, teaching knife skills, hygiene, weighing ingredients, and different cooking methods. You'll sit down together to eat the meal that you have prepared, and talk about your favourite food. You will also be supplied with cooking cards so you can take them home, and wow your family with a meal that you have learnt to cook from scratch with us. You'll also get to take home something that you've made, such as biscuits, cakes etc.
