What we'll do
This is a fun workshop, giving every participant the opportunity to see a professional theatre performance of the pantomime Beauty & the Beast. Then with the help of our drama facilitator they will take part in drama games and activities to help them boost their confidence. Culminating in working on and performing their own panto scene in front of their peers. How our session will work: We will meet at the theatre in our community space to do some warm up games and get to know each other, then we will eat lunch together (provided). We have tickets for the matinee performance of Beauty & the Beast, so we will watch the show and then return to the community space to create our own famous Panto scene. We will have fun. Each child will also receive a Christmas treat.
