What we'll do
Chickenshed Theatre present Pan, their 50th Anniversary show. The session will include a trip to the show and packed lunches for the children attending. Staff will be available during the session however this is a family trip for you to enjoy with your children, children will need to be supervised and times by their accompanying adults. A coach will be provided for the trip and there also an option to take own transport to the theatre also so please ensure you select the correct ticket type at check out. Mixed tickets of coach and own transport will not be accepted and booking will be cancelled out. Coach will leave from Stratford Youth centre at 1.30pm and leaving Chickenshed at approx 5.30pm The show starts at 3pm and is approximately 2 hours with an interval. When storytellers come together, new beginnings are born, and old endings cherished. Imagine Peter Pan losing his shadow, sparking an adventure that's awfully big. Soar from the starry night skies of London to an island brimming with wonder, where fairies flit, pirates plot, and the Lost Ones await their happy ending. Wendy, John, and Michael Darling are swept into Pan’s exhilarating journey, an unforgettable escapade teeming with magical, delightful chaos. In the heart of Neverland, a story is born - a tale that grows more wondrous with time, as all great stories do. Celebrating 50 incredible years, Chickenshed brings this timeless classic to life with a famously large and wonderfully diverse cast. This iconic production from the past is reimagined by a new generation; because all of this has happened before, and it will happen again. Join us for an enchanting experience that promises to thrill and inspire! Please only book into 2 SESSIONS MAXIMUM if you book into more the first two will be upheld and you will be cancelled out of the rest. Any incomplete, mixed or wrong bookings will also be cancelled so please make sure you book the correct tickets. For example, a SEND child will need a SEND child ticket, an adult will need an adult ticket. Once approved you will be asked to send proof of disability to secure your place, please send this over to shortbreaktrips@newham.gov.uk Short Breaks trips are for families with a child with SEND only. To qualify for the sessions at least one child within your immediate family (up to 18 years old) will have special educational needs and/or disability (SEND). A family can have up to 2 adults 4 children. Siblings are welcome. Bookings are limited to 6 per family. Please contact shortbreaktrips@newham.gov.uk directly if more spaces are required. All children need to be accompanied on the trips, at least one adult tickets needs to be booked for each session. Please only book onto two trips, if you are interested in more than two sessions please book on your top choice trips and then email shortbreaktrips@newham.gov.uk with the sessions you are interested in. If places are available, you will be notified. If you book into more than two sessions your first two choices will be allocated to you and you will be cancelled off any other bookings. Trips planned for the December break are: 23rd December - Vue Cinema Westfield - Sonic the Hedgehog 3 23rd December - Vue Cinema Westfield - Moana 2 24th December - Gravity Max Westfield 27th December - Flip Out Trampoline Park - Beckton 27th December - Mice Pies at Apple Cart Theatre - Plashet Park 29th December - Mice Pies at Apple Cart Theatre - Plashet Park 30th December - Sensory swim session with floats and inflatables - London Aquatic Centre 31st December - Discover Story Telling centre session 2nd January - London Zoo (coach tickets available) 3rd January - Pan at the Chicken Shed – Oakwood (coach tickets available) Adventure Island – tickets to use over December Break
