A summary
The Nerf and multi-sports session is open to young people aged 5+ and provides a fun, structured opportunity to take part in a range of physical activities. The session combines team-based Nerf games with multi-sports activities to encourage physical activity, teamwork, coordination, and confidence. The session also includes a free meal and an age-appropriate nutrition element, supporting healthy habits and helping young people understand the importance of food in relation to energy, wellbeing, and physical activity. Terms of Participation These are the terms of participation that you must read and understand and sign to indicate your acceptance in the above-mentioned activity and its associated games. You as the lead contact will sign the form below, but each member of the group shall also sign to indicate acceptance on the sheet overleaf. All signatures indicate that participation is voluntary and at the individual's choice and risk. If any individual is not willing to accept the risk associated with participation, then they should not take part. 1. LB Coaching Ltd and the event instructors shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any participants or to the personal property of any participant, who enter the event venue. 2. Each member of the group accepts that their signature warrants that they are not suffering from physical disability or illness whether or not such disability or illness is or may be affected by exercise of whatever degree and that after the event LB Coaching Ltd and the event instructors(s) are indemnified in respect of any disability or illness suffered. 3. Each participant agrees to comply with all instructions given and use of any equipment as directed so as not to hurt or injure anyone. 4. All events are run to avoid injury or damage to property, and you must comply with all instructions given to you, if you do not follow or ignore the instructions of the event instructor(s) you may suffer injury or damage to property for which LB Coaching Ltd will not be liable for. 5. Event coordinators and venue management reserve the right to refuse participation/entry if you do not comply with these terms. 6. Nothing in this form shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding LB Coaching Ltd's liability for (a) death or personal injury, which arises because of LB Coaching Ltd.’s negligence or the negligence of the event instructor(s); (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for LB Coaching Ltd to exclude or attempt to exclude its liability. 7. You must arrive at the time that has been notified to you for the session and if we are later we understand that you may not be able to participate in the event or may not have the benefit of the allocated time slot which will, in all circumstances, finish promptly. 8. For any reason if LB Coaching cannot provide you with the event you have booked (the event printed above in the activity field) but offer you an alternative event from their portfolio and you choose to participate in this alternative event, you will not be entitled to any form of refund and or compensation.

I became interested in youth work due to my own lived experience of growing up with ADHD and ASD. As an adult I am keen to provide support to young people who are struggling with similar experiences. I also have a background in art and design and enjoy teaching and running creative workshops. As a nature lover I thrive in outdoor spaces such as our Urban Adventure Garden and love getting stuck into outdoor activities in the summer time.
