A summary
Join our fantastic forest school leader as she helps parents unwind, connect and share in the safe space of the forest school fire circle. Gentle, nature based invitations to play for your baby/toddler with plenty of space to explore and enjoy a nature adventure. Weekly themes to explore and reflect on along the parenting journey aiming to create a group which mothers want to come back to time and time again. Slowly building friendships and connections amongst likeminded mothers locally in Torbay. This term we'll be welcoming our youngest forest school families in creating a supportive community for you and your little one. Each week we'll offer parent and baby activities that are designed to help support their developing brains and there'll be chances for parents to take a moment to focus on their wellbeing and enjoy a hot drink and a snack. Snack tasters will also be available for all children over 6months. As the winter draws in, please ensure than you and your baby come in appropriate layers to keep you warm including a waterproof layer.

I love being out in nature and always find myself satisfyingly tired at the end of a day in the woods. I'm keen to encourage everyone to enjoy outdoor fun and like showing parents how to facilitate individual and independent exploration giving them confidence to support their children. I enjoy incorporating my Steiner early years teaching background filled with songs, craft and story inspiration.
