What we'll do
FC Devon HAF Football & Activity Holiday Club – The Kingsley School Our HAF Holiday Club gives children the opportunity to be part of a full FC Devon football holiday club experience, while also enjoying a wide variety of games, creative activities and adventures throughout the day. The club runs from 9am–1pm on the 3G pitch and indoor spaces at The Kingsley School, set in beautiful, safe surroundings. Each morning begins with a friendly welcome from our coaching team, helping children feel comfortable and included from the moment they arrive. After settling in, the day starts outdoors on the 3G pitch, where children take part in football-based activities such as ball mastery, dribbling challenges, passing games, shooting practices and small-sided matches. These sessions are fun, inclusive and adapted so every child can take part, regardless of experience or confidence level. Alongside our football coaches, we are joined by our HAF coaches, many of whom the children already know and trust. Throughout the day, children can rotate into non-football games including dodgeball, team relay races, obstacle courses, capture-the-flag style games and challenges designed to encourage teamwork, movement and lots of laughter. Inside the school, children enjoy hands-on creative sessions in a calm, supervised environment. Activities include watercolour painting, Easter-themed crafts, junk modelling, colouring stations and collaborative art projects. These quieter moments give children a chance to relax, be creative and express themselves away from the pitch. And.....there will definitely be an Easter Egg Hunt! Lunch is provided daily and served by the Edgecliff Café, giving children a nutritious, hot meal in a welcoming setting. Water breaks and snack times are built into the day to ensure children stay fuelled, hydrated and energised. Our aim is simple: children attending through the HAF programme receive the same opportunities, care and excitement as those booked onto our football holiday clubs—while also benefiting from familiar staff, creative play and a varied, balanced day. Every child is supported, encouraged and made to feel part of the FC Devon family ⚽ We finish each day tired, happy and proud—having played, created, laughed and made new friends.
