What we'll do
MK Dons SET has been awarded funding from Milton Keynes City Council to deliver sessions for Short Breaks, which are designated for families and carers of children and young people with disabilities and additional needs. To be eligible for for this Short Break activity, the child or young person must: be between 0 and 25 years and have an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP). Only participating children or young people from 0 to 25 years need to have a ticket. Parent or carers are required to stay with their child or young person and are not required to have a ticket. Family Fun for Easter break! Sessions are for the whole family to join in with arts and crafts! Why not come a make some Easter treats for the family and friends? A space for you to have soft or calm play and physical activities which include , Badminton, football, indoor cricket and more. Offering a safe, inclusive environment for all the family, to meet new people, be yourself and have FUN. On site will be SEND trained members of staff to assist you and your families on the day. Snacks and drinks available.
