A summary
Our swimming crash courses are a perfect way to introduce swimming with a week of daily lessons, to increase intensity and learning capacity or to top up on stamina, skills and water confidence. Our beginner swimming crash courses will be half hour of structured lesson, with a fully qualified level 2 swim teacher, followed by half hour of interactive play. The session will last from 9am to 10am. A hot meal will be provided after the session, which will be available from the pool view room eating area.
