A summary
This session allows junior children aged 8-16 to come and workout in a gym specialised for their age! The first session will be a gym induction, where the children will learn how to safely use and operate the gym equipment. The following sessions will be supervised workouts where the children can choose what they want to work on. The session will last from 11am to 12pm. After the workout, a hot meal will be provided with a drink. PLEASE NOTE: Children must attend the induction session, or they will not be permitted to attend the rest of the sessions.
