FAQ's
Who is it for? Children and young people eligible for the BNHF programme (HAF). What will my child do? A mix of warm ups, fun fitness games, team challenges and skill based activities, plus a nutritious meal and time to relax. Do they need any experience? No, beginners are very welcome and activities are explained step by step. What ages is it suitable for? We group activities appropriately so children can take part at a level that suits them. What should they wear/bring? Comfortable clothes and a labelled water bottle. What about allergies or dietary needs? Please tell us at booking so we can cater safely and plan the meal appropriately. What if my child feels nervous? That’s common. We welcome children gently, offer quieter options and help them build confidence at their own pace. How are sessions supervised? Sessions are fully staffed and children are supervised at all times, with clear boundaries and behaviour expectations to keep everyone safe. Can my child take breaks? Yes, regular water breaks are built in and children can step out if they need a moment. What if we’re running late or need to cancel? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can support your child’s place and any meal arrangements.
