A summary
Children can explore Lymley Wood's adventure playground; bushcraft activities, adult as well as child-led nature-based activities each day & much more! Please ensure your child brings: ~ named, spare clothing ~ a water bottle (or you can buy a Lymley Wood water bottle on the day for £3) ~ a snack/packed lunch if they do not wish to eat our snacks & cooked lunch ~ Waterproofs & wellies The Woods will most likely become incredibly muddy, so suitable footwear & appropriate clothing is required for these active sessions, especially wellies & waterproofs. *** This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Free places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Looked After Children (LAC). Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***

Lymley Wood CIC provides facilitated day and residential activity experiences and sessions for children, young people, families and community groups. We are passionate about outdoor learning and promote 'Nature Connectedness' in everything we do! Safely organised, led by Forest School qualified and DBS checked staff, taster sessions available and children with SEN especially welcome. Join us for creative and inspiring sessions including the chance to stretch the children's physical self by exploring the adventure playground.
