Roots & Wings East Suffolk is a community-led non-profit supporting neurodivergent children, adults and their families. We believe everyone deserves to feel understood, accepted and supported exactly as they are. Through inclusive groups, peer support, sensory services, practical guidance and family support, we create safe spaces where people can connect, find their community and access help without judgement. Our work is rooted in lived experience and a neuroaffirming approach. We don’t aim to change neurodivergent people to fit the world around them, we work to make the world around them more understanding, accessible and supportive. From the first questions before diagnosis to navigating education, sensory needs, adulthood and everything in between, Roots & Wings is here to make sure families and individuals don’t have to navigate it alone.
