Our Adult SEND sessions offer a calm, welcoming space in nature where individuals can relax, connect, and enjoy meaningful outdoor experiences at their own pace.
Set within our woodland site, these sessions are non-clinical and supportive, focusing on wellbeing, confidence, and gentle social connection. There is no pressure to take part in anything specific—participants are free to explore the space in a way that feels right for them.
We offer a range of simple, engaging activities including cooking over the open fire, woodland crafts, and hands-on nature-based experiences. There is also plenty of free time to enjoy the environment, whether that’s sitting by the fire, exploring the site, or engaging with our outdoor activities.
Our experienced team provides a safe, inclusive environment where everyone is respected, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. Whether attending independently or with support, individuals are welcome to join us for fresh air, good company, and the opportunity to reconnect with nature.
