What we'll do
At the camp, we will start the day with healthy lifestyle workshops. We will discuss and work our way through a series of topics: - Diet and nutrition - Anti-bullying tactics - Building lifelong friendships - The importance of fitness and exercise - Sufficient sleep We will then end each workshop with fitness encompassing skills from futsal and football! ***This activity has been funded through the Department for Education’s (DfE) Holiday Activity and Food (HAF) programme and coordinated by East Sussex County Council. Fully funded places are available for young people eligible for benefits-related free school meals. This eligibility criteria has been defined by the DfE. Additionally young people in several other target cohorts can attend funded places, such as those with SEND or Looked After Children (LAC). Please note, eligibility will be confirmed as part of the booking process.***
