Cancellation Policy
These must be agreed to by the candidate and, where funded by an employer, a person with authority to agree to these conditions; otherwise the candidate will be held wholly responsible for this agreement.

Attendance:
Attendance at all the sessions is necessary to complete the qualification. If candidates are unable to attend they may be required to attend catch up training at a later date for which there will may be an additional charge. This is subject to suitable course places being available, and no guarantees are made regarding the availability of courses.
Submission of work:
Work must be submitted on the dates requested. Candidates will be required to submit an extension request form for exceptional circumstances. This is subject to the Director’s approval. Late submissions when not for exceptional circumstances will incur a fee of £50.00
Period of completion:
Completed portfolios and work must be completed and submitted in the required format on the dates specified by the Assessor. Portfolios which are not structured in the required format preventing the Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer from locating evidence effectively will be returned to the student. This may incur additional charges.
Postponed submissions
Those wishing to extend /delay submission must in the first instance request an extension as detailed above. If work is submitted more than six months after the original submission date then a further registration fee of £100 will be required. Substantial delay may risk leaving your work invalid for award.
Payment of fees
Full payment of fees must be made before the start date of the course.
