We also do various activities listed below during Haf Club!
• Treasure Hunt: create a simple map and hide small treasures (stickers, snacks, or toys). Learning Outcome: children develop problem-solving, teamwork, and map-reading skills while exploring and having fun.
• Nature Walk: collect leaves, rocks, and sticks to make a “Nature Explorer Box.”
Learning Outcome: children observe and appreciate nature, develop curiosity, and enhance their sensory and classification skills.
• Make a Mini Explorer Hat or Binoculars (using cardboard rolls).
Learning Outcome: children express creativity, improve fine motor skills, and engage in imaginative play as they craft their own explorer tools.
• Story Time: read 'We’re Going on a Bear Hunt' and act it out with movements.
Learning Outcome: children enhance listening, comprehension, and language skills while developing coordination and imagination through active storytelling.
• Kitchen Band: use pots, pans, and spoons for rhythm play.
Learning Outcome: children explore sounds and rhythms, develop coordination, and express creativity through joyful music-making. Wild day: “Animal Safari” Theme: Animals and imagination.
• Animal Yoga: move like a lion, frog, cat, or butterfly.
Learning Outcome: children improve balance, flexibility, and body awareness while having fun and using their imagination through animal-inspired yoga.
• Stuffed Animal Safari: hide stuffed animals and find them with clues.
Learning Outcome: children enhance observation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while engaging in imaginative play and a fun safari adventure.
• Make Animal Masks (paper plates, markers, yarn).
Learning Outcome: children develop creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression while exploring different animals through mask-making.
• Animal Match Game: match animals to their habitats or sounds.
Learning Outcome: children enhance memory, critical thinking, and knowledge of animals and their habitats while having fun with matching games.
• Thinker day: “STEM Explorers” Theme: science and creativity morning.
Mini Experiments: vinegar + baking soda volcano / sink or float challenge.
• Bubble Science: make giant bubbles with homemade bubble mix.
• Building Time: create towers with blocks, LEGO, or cups.
• Puzzle Hour: age-appropriate puzzles.
• Fantasy Day: “Magic & Make-Believe”.
Theme: Imagination and storytelling.
• Dress-Up Parade: costumes, capes, and pretend play.
• Build a Castle or Fort with blankets and pillows.
• Puppet Show or Story Skit: kids create and perform their own show.
• Magic Wand or Crown Craft.
• Splash day: “Water Wonder”.
