What we'll do
⭐A chance to spend time with your child as required to stay throughout the session and support. You will be required to stand by the trampoline when your child is on. ⭐Our qualified British Gymnastics Coaches start by teaching you the basic skills, adapting for those who have been before. ⭐We then work towards an award scheme, providing a structured and progressive sessions. If completed on the day these can be purchased at the end of the session (£3 cash) ⭐Please wear sports clothes and socks, along with trainers to warm up in. ⭐Please bring plenty to drink.

Jump 2 It Coaching & North Staffordshire Trampolining Club provide trampolining classes for children, adults and those with disabilities in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, Congleton, Stoke on Trent & Cheadle. We offer everything from weekly and holiday sessions, 1:1 coaching and birthday parties. Whether you’re an aspiring trampolinist or recreational bouncer, we’ve got something for you. Check out our class timetable to see when our classes run. All sessions work towards a recognised British Gymnastics Award Scheme, offering structured progression and monitoring of development. It’s fun, friendly & fantastic for fitness and provides many health benefits, including exercise and strengthening muscles, improving self confidence, helping cardio-vascular fitness, flexibility, balance and coordination.
