A summary
Free School Meals children can attend from 9am-3pm. A hot lunch is inlcuded. JAM Activity Camps offer Multi-sports, a trip on a Wednesdays, NERF, Glow Sticks Disco, Arts and Crafts and a Football Academy. This venue provides excellent facilities for a range of sports and activities, ensuring a fun and enriching experience for children. About JAM Activity Camps JAM Activity Camps is dedicated to establishing a secure and captivating environment for the children and young people (CYP) residing in Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, and the surrounding areas. Our primary focus is on skill development, utilising premier facilities, and providing expert coaching. Simultaneously, we strive to support working parents by offering an affordable childcare option during school holidays. Our commitment lies in fostering a positive and enriching experience for the young members of our community. ​Age Groups ​Our activities will be split into 3 age groups. Jets: Age 5 -6 years "Jets" often refers to fast, high-powered aircraft. In a camp setting, it symbolises speed, agility, and high energy. These children are dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic. Aces: Age 7-9 years Aces" typically refers to individuals who are extremely skilled or proficient in a particular area, often used in the context of sports or games. In sports like tennis or cards, an "ace" is a top player or a high-value play. In a camp setting, naming a group "Aces" could imply that they are skilled, talented, or just a step above in some way. It's a positive, upbeat name that suggests excellence and high achievement. Mavericks: Age 10-11 years "Mavericks" refers to individuals who are independent-minded and unorthodox, often pioneers or innovators in their field. In a sports camp context it could symbolises a spirit of independence, creativity, and a willingness to think and act differently. It's a name that suggests boldness and leadership, being able to take initiative and think outside the box.
