A summary
Ice skating is a fun and social activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle by way of exercise and fitness. HAF participants will have to opportunity to be on the ice for up to 3 hours, including a 30-minute lesson at the start of the session, so be sure to arrive in good time to get your skates on be available for your lesson, lead by one of our experienced coaches. A special HAF menu will be available in our 5 star Café for attendees. A free Hot drink will be available for the Parent or Guardian during the session.

What you need to know
Skate Hire is included Wear something warm but skate appropriate - No loose clothing The sessions will be held during public session. The Skating Lesson will be at the start of your session when the ice pad is at it's quietest. Food and drink will be available for participants at the café during their visit. Any dietary requirements must be communicated to our Staff. Any Medical information you feel the coach needs to know must be communicated prior to your session. UNDER 13'S MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES BY A PARENT/CARER
