Adventure Awaits at Our Hove Holiday Hub! Join us for an unforgettable holiday experience where fun, friendship, and creativity come together! Start each day with a warm welcome and a delicious breakfast – the perfect way to get ready for an exciting day of adventure! Get Fantastically Festive at our club Take part in 3 awesome adult-led activities where you can: #Capture the Flag – Team up for a classic outdoor challenge! #Clay decorations to design, make, decorate and take home with you! #Big group challenge - giant paper chain make - can we break records? #Stained glass silhouettes - Decorations to put in your windows at home #Oh Christmas Tree - create your own hanging Christmas tree decoration Every child will be able to take home their own decorations. Free Flow Activities for Creative Exploration From crafting to team games, there’s always something fun happening. Let your imagination run wild and try something new! Daily Food Tasting Time Get ready for a daily treat! Explore delicious food from around the world and sample new tastes each day. Each morning we will have a food tastings session to try new fruits and vegetables. Whether you're looking for action-packed activities or a relaxed creative space, our holiday club has something for everyone. Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out! Our sessions run from 8.30am-2.30pm. A paid top up session can be added to your booked day to extend your child's session to 4.30pm. A few T&Cs from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over the Winter holiday, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 4 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our standard day runs from 8.30am-2.30pm. You can extend your funded day from 2.30-4.30pm for an additional fee if required. The children will be split into smaller groups and take part in 3 adult led activities linked to the ongoing theme of Around the World, these will take place both indoors and outdoors. Plus they will be able to take part in our daily taste test activity. The club will provide a range of snacks (mid morning and mid afternoon) as well as breakfast and receive lunch from an external provider.

Free bookings do not require refunds but as places are limited, please cancel if you cannot attend so that your place can be offered to someone else.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
