Cancellation Policy
At the HAF Holiday Camp, spaces are limited, and we aim to ensure as many children as possible can benefit from our programme. To support this, we kindly ask parents to provide 48 hours' notice if their child will not be attending. This allows us to offer the placement to another family in need. How to Notify Us of Non-Attendance: Use EEQU to update your child’s attendance status. Alternatively, email us directly at HAF@getactivesports.com. Important Note: Frequent non-attendance without prior notice may result in limited access to our current and future programmes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide opportunities to all eligible families. Thank you for your support in making our HAF Holiday Camp a success for everyone!

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
