What we'll do
People joining our bamboo forest extravaganza will be welcomed into our warm meeting place by friendly Practitioners. When everyone has arrived we will get ready to go for a playful, adventurous walk in nature. Our walk will take us on foot to a local natural area and whilst visiting the place Practitioners will encourage the group to play and explore with bamboo, building and creating together. Lunch will be provided for all participants. This programme is possible due to support from OUTSIDE Arts, Staffordshire County Council, Greenwood Growth CIC, Move More Staffordshire.

Over half the population lives within six miles of a forest or small woodland and we think most people don’t visit them at all, or just pass through. Greenwood Growth makes your local space fun, safe and inviting places to spend time. We want to get you amongst the trees to begin exploring and to feel the positive effect on health and well-being for yourself.
