A summary

Our girls only football is for 8-12 year-olds who will engage in exciting football activities every Thursday between 5:30pm and 6:30pm during term time only. Our football welcomes girls who play football regular and beginners who will be introduced to the beautiful game in a safe environment. This is a 10 sessions programme and the Autumn 2025 dates are detailed in the ticket. Girls will get lots of physical exercise whilst having fun, learn new football skills, techniques, develop their football understanding and make new friends.

Our values

Girls only football with BiG is aimed at encouraging more female participation in football. It is designed to develop football skills, game understanding and personal and social skills such as leadership, connection and team working skills, resilience and self-confidence. This 10 sessions programme includes a point system that rewards effort, evidence of trying, good behaviour and displaying various leadership skills; and discouraging unacceptable conduct, as all participants are trying to earn points for doing the right things, and not lose points for bad behaviour and conduct, trying to win trophies!
