Hey parents, carers, families and fun-lovers – we can’t wait to welcome you to Flip Out for an amazing HAF session! IMPORTANT: Please, take care when filling in EEQU form, especially dietary requirements and first aid permissions, as this would ensure smooth and efficient acceptance of your bookings. To help things run smoothly, here’s what’s included in your Summer HAF session at Flip Out Hereford: * 2 hours of epic inflatable bounce time * A choice of meal * Some seasonal veg (usually cucumber & tomato) * A squash drink * Positive vibes, friendly faces and plenty of smiles One session per learner – To give everyone a chance, each child can only attend once during the holidays. Extra bookings will be cancelled. Arrive 30 mins early – This gives time to check in and get ready. Waiver needed – A grown-up must complete the waiver online before your visit. Watch the Safety Video – It’s a must before bouncing (check our website). Dress safely – Long sleeves and covered legs help protect your skin. Under 5s need a grown-up – A paying adult must join them on the inflatables. Under 12s need supervision – An adult must stay in the park during the session. Our rules apply – Flip Out terms & conditions are on our website. Special socks required – We’ll provide Flip Out Pumped Up socks on arrival. We’re so excited to see you soon – let’s bounce and have fun!

A Parent's Guide to Fun at Flip Out Hereford

Hi, I’m Lana – mum of two girls and big fan of Flip Out Hereford. If you haven’t been yet, Flip Out Hereford is a Huge Indoor Inflatable Adventure Park, right here in town. It’s within walking distance of the Hereford city centre, and it’s fully accessible, with a lift and a disabled toilet on-site – which really matters when you’ve got little ones or family members with additional needs. The park is packed with inflatable fun – slides, obstacle course, Wipeout, Jelly Mountain (a favourite in our house!), and loads more. It’s perfect for all ages – toddlers, older kids, teens, even adults. I’ve bounced more than once myself, and it’s always a laugh. We love it because the kids can run wild, get active, and burn off some serious energy – while we grab a drink in the café or join in the fun. The free on-site parking is a big bonus too (especially in Hereford!). And the best part? There are FREE HAF sessions running during the school holidays – such a great help when you’re juggling everything. Hope to see you there – we’ll probably be the ones at the top of the Mega Slide!
