What we'll do
Join us at Your Space Worksop Leisure Centre this October Half Term for a fun and active HAF programme! Children will enjoy exciting pool sessions where they will learn vital water safety skills as well as enjoy a fun swim! They will explore healthy eating habits through engaging activities. We’ll also get creative with fun, themed arts and crafts, play games including team activities, and make new friends. A nutritious lunch and snacks are provided each day. There's also prizes to be won!

A Summary of Our Day
Join us at Your Space Worksop Leisure Centre, Valley Road, Worksop S81 7EN this October Half Term for a fun-filled HAF programme! Running 10am–2pm daily, children will enjoy exciting pool sessions, water safety skills, games, arts & crafts, and healthy eating activities. Lunch, snacks, and squash are provided—please bring a refillable water bottle. Children aged 8-11 will need to be signed in by a parent/guardian. If you can’t attend, cancel at least 24 hours in advance as places are limited!
Learning aims
Aim 1
Develop water safety skills through structured pool-based activities. Learn how to stay safe in and around water while building confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Aim 2
Understand healthy eating. Through discussions at lunch, we will explore what makes a balanced diet and why staying hydrated during physical activity is important.
Aim 3
Enhance creativity, teamwork, and communication through games and, arts & crafts. We will take part in group activities, encourage self-expression and social development.
