A summary
All families and young people need a bit of help from time to time and the Family Help Team are here to do just that. We have a drop-in session where members of the team will be on hand to provide free information, advice and support. We support families with children aged 0-19 (25 with special educational needs and disabilities) and we aim to make it easier for you to ask for help and get you the right support at the right time and if this isn't us, we will signpost you to local services which may be able to help. **** This is a drop-in session, please do not book. Any booking requests will not be honoured, just come along! ****

Hurdsfield Children's Centre is located within the heart of its community. You can access it on foot, by car and by bus. The centre has a team of friendly and experienced staff who work across the Macclesfield collaborative to offer activities to children and their families within our community. We provide a one stop shop for the community where you can access services such as midwifery, health visiting, family support, play events and more. As you visit and engage with your local children’s centre, you will be asked to complete a membership form. If you wish to receive updates going forward, you must ensure you complete your email address on the membership form.
