Everyone Is Family - Bracknell Leisure Centre

Everyone Active is running its national campaign, Everyone is Family, during the summer and we invite you to come along and get involved in some of the activities we have on offer. Taking place within Bracknell leisure centre. We have multiple activities available including Pickleball, Table Tennis, Badminton, and Swimming for all the family

For each activity we are offering 1 family pass. The family pass includes:

1 Eligible Child, 1 Adult Ticket & 1 Lunch for the child

Each pass comes with ONLY 1 Lunch box containing a sandwich, a bottle of water and a fruit snack. If you have more than one HAF eligible child please ensure you book 1 pass for each eligble child to ensure that they get a lunch. Please ensure you inform the cafe of the name of the eligible child so that you can claim your lunch.

Sessions are open to the public also as part of our campaign to support local families to be active so all sessions are subject to availability - Book in advance to avoid disapointment. If your session is fully booked you will be offered a different time/day which has space available.

No shows will have all their bookings removed from the system, so please ensure if you need to cancel, that this is done both by contacting us and removing your booking from this platform.

Each participant will need to ensure they have signed up to a FREE Everyone Active account so that they can be booked into the relevant activity.

Please ensure you arrive prior to the time of your activity to ensure their is time for you to be checked in at the front desk and directed to your area of activity. Each sessions runs for a set duration so anyone who is late may miss out on undertaking the full duration of the activity.

*Please note: The Everyone is Family campaign runs throughout summer and is available outside of the Holiday Activities & Food programme at just £2 per person (Lunch is not included)*

Before we are able to book you into any of the opportunities available within Everyone Actives Leisure centres you will need to set up a free Everyone Active account for both the child eligible for HAF and those who will be accompanying them to the activity.

1. Sign up to an Everyone Active account by visiting https://joinonline.everyoneactive.com/booking-profile - You can sign up to a Pay As You Go account completely free.

2. Find and select your preferred centre - This will be the site listed on the Activity

3. Enter your details and confirm your account - Please set yourself a password to access your profile as this is where your Everyone Active ID Number can be found.

4. Ensure that both the child and parent accompanying have set up accounts.

5. If you are unable to attend the activity please ensure you contact the centre to cancel your booking and cancel your space on the platform so that other families may make undertake the activity.

We have a weekly timetable of sessions available for families to engage in as part of our Everyone is Familty Campaign. Sessions are also public access so subject to availability. If the chosen session is unable you may be able to sign up onto any one of the other timeslots we have available below:

Mondays: Table Tennis (Bat & Balls provided)
12.30 - 13.30, 13.30 - 14.30, 16.30 - 17.30

Tuesday: Badminton (Shuttle & Rackets provided)
11.30 - 12.30, 12.30 - 13.30, 14.30 - 15.30

Wednesday: Pickleball (Padel & Balls provided)
14.30 - 15.30, 15.30 - 16.30

Thursday: Table Tennis (Bat & Balls provided)
14.00 - 15.00, 15.00 - 16.00

Thursday: Swimming (Takes place in teaching pool - no equipment provided)
13:30 - 14:30
